Returns


Pre-Approval Return Policy: Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days unless otherwise specified.
 
Any NON-PERISHABLE item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued.

GENERAL RETURNS:

If you wish for an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given by either a check or charged to your credit card on file. Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please contact us at 1-800-282-1373 and we will be happy to discuss your options with you.
 
SHIPPING & HANDLING: 
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Green Lifestyles is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. 

BUYERS BEWARE - International Orders

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of an international order after it is shipped. All international orders are an order at your own risk and we hold no liability after the order has left our hands. Although we would like to refund if necessary the postage to send these packages back and forth from country to country have made all international sales ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

RECYCLED PACKAGING
: In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.
